Our 25mm printed grosgrain ribbon combines distinctive ribbed texture with bespoke colour and print, in one of the most versatile widths for branded packaging. At 25mm wide, there is plenty of space for logos and text while the ribbon remains practical for tying around gift boxes, hampers, bags and other presentation packaging.
Unlike an off-the-shelf ribbon with a limited choice of colours, our grosgrain ribbon is colour matched as standard. Supply a Pantone, CMYK, HEX or RGB reference, or tell our designers the colour you are trying to achieve, and we’ll help you create a ribbon that works with your branding.

25mm is an excellent all-round width for custom printed grosgrain ribbon. It provides noticeably more space for branding than 15mm ribbon while still being easy to tie, wrap and use on everyday packaging.
The distinctive ribbed construction gives grosgrain a firmer, more structured appearance than smooth satin ribbon. This makes 25mm grosgrain particularly effective when the ribbon is an important part of the finished presentation rather than simply a way of securing the package.
25mm printed grosgrain works particularly well for luxury gift boxes, confectionery and chocolate packaging, hampers, corporate gifts, beauty products, florists, fashion and retail packaging, product launches and branded bows.
For smaller packaging or more delicate presentation, consider our 15mm width. If your logo needs greater impact or additional printable space, 38mm or 50mm grosgrain may be more suitable.

The additional printable space available on 25mm ribbon makes it particularly useful for company logos and branding that need more presence than a narrow ribbon can provide.
Standard grosgrain printing has a matt finish. This works particularly well with the textured surface and can include simple one-colour branding as well as more detailed or full-colour artwork.

Grosgrain ribbon has distinctive horizontal ribs and a firmer, more textured appearance. It is an excellent choice for branded packaging where you want the ribbon to hold its shape and form a noticeable part of the presentation.
Satin ribbon has a smooth surface and softer sheen. It is also the better choice if you specifically require our standard metallic gold or metallic silver printing.

Metallic printed grosgrain can be produced for large bespoke manufacturing runs, but it isn’t part of our standard short-run grosgrain printing service.
Manufacturer-produced metallic grosgrain has a minimum order of 1,000 metres and normally requires a lead time of at least four weeks.
For quantities of 1,000m or more, contact us with your required ribbon width, ribbon colour, print colour and artwork and we can discuss the available options.
You don’t need to order hundreds of metres simply to have your own branded grosgrain ribbon.
Our standard 25mm printed grosgrain starts at just 5m, with quantity breaks through to 1,000m. Larger quantities offer substantially better value per metre, making the same product suitable for everything from a small presentation run to regular retail or corporate packaging.

Our standard short-run grosgrain uses matt printing. Metallic grosgrain can be manufacturer-produced for specialist orders from 1,000m, with a lead time of at least four weeks. For standard metallic printed ribbon in smaller quantities, satin ribbon is the more suitable option.
