Personalised Printed Ribbons was one of the first to use this innovative method of heat transfer ribbon printing and, consequently, is one of the leaders in the printed ribbon industry.  Based in Essex, we can help with your printed ribbon design and print and distribute it anywhere in the world.  Personalised Printed Ribbons can also include your images and logos on your Printed Ribbons and any choice from our 10,000 different printing fonts for no extra cost.

Our ribbons are Oeko-Tex Standard.  ‘Confidence in Textiles’ has been the motto of the independent test institutes of the International Oeko-Tex® Association since 1992, with their tests for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 for textile products of all types that pose no risk to health. 

What happens when your order is placed?

Our design team will send a layout file for your approval before we go to print.  We encourage customers to order samples to try them before buying printed ribbons in bulk; printing on a ribbon is different from printing on paper.  Once the design is approved, your printing will start, and changes cannot be made.

We offer different printing methods to allow customers to make the correct decision when choosing a printed ribbon.  Be careful when selecting the correct printing method for your order.  We encourage customers to discuss the options with us if they are unsure. Contact Us forms are shown throughout our website and permanently in the website’s header.  We have a live chat facility staffed by experienced team members, and the phone lines are open from 9 am until 6 pm. 

Specialist Ribbon Printers

Some of our specialist ribbons are printed by partners who hold ISO 9001:2015 International Standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS).   The companies we use welcome us to audit their premises for printing standards.  We are so confident in their ability to print high-quality ribbons that we have not found this necessary since our partnership began in 2003.

We print our Printed Ribbons on beautiful satin ribbons available in an extensive selection of widths and colours. Our minimum order is only 5 metres.  We can cater for all size Printed Ribbon orders, from 5m to thousands of metres, for trade printed ribbon requirements. Excellent Customer Service

We pride ourselves on our printed ribbons service – with every order essential to us. We employ designated ribbon printers skilled in their roles to produce beautifully printed ribbons just for you.  Every printed ribbon is checked at least twice before it is dispatched. We may keep a sample print or photographic inventory of your printed ribbon as a reference.  Your ribbon may be included in our ribbon gallery for other customers to enjoy. Please let us know if you prefer not to be featured in the gallery.

Big Bows & Grand Openings

We also produce impressive large bows and Grand Opening ribbons and can supply stanchion poles and promotional sashes for your ribbon-cutting ceremony.  Our big bows can be made big or giant depending on the car you have purchased or the size of the significant present you have to wrap.
