Professionally Printed Balloons for Businesses & Events

Our custom latex balloons are an affordable way to display your company logo, event name, promotional message or campaign artwork throughout a venue.

They’re particularly effective for business openings, exhibitions and promotional events because a relatively small quantity can create a highly visible branded display. Use them individually, group them into arrangements or combine them with coordinating balloon ribbon and event decorations.

Natural Rubber Latex Balloons

Our balloon-printing supplier states that these latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex and are biodegradable. The 11″ balloons used for this range are also stated to carry the Intertek Tick Mark for product safety.

The balloons are suitable for professional balloon decorators as well as businesses organising their own event displays.

Professional Balloon Printing

Your artwork is prepared to achieve the best possible result on the curved surface of the balloon. The approximate print area is a 127mm / 5-inch circle.

During production the balloon is inflated, printed and dried before being deflated ready for delivery. This allows your design to appear correctly when the balloon is inflated again at your event.

We’ll prepare your artwork and send you a visual proof before production, so you can check the positioning and appearance of your logo or message before we print your balloons.

Low Minimum Order Printed Balloons

Need branded balloons for a smaller event? Our minimum quantity starts from only 25 custom printed balloons.

Larger quantities benefit from bulk pricing, making the same product suitable for everything from a small business opening to exhibitions, nationwide promotions and larger corporate events.

Need Your Printed Balloons Quickly?

Our standard turnaround for personalised balloons is approximately 3 working days. For particularly urgent events, next-working-day printing may be available, subject to production capacity.

If your deadline is especially tight, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Neck Up or Neck Down Printing – What’s the Difference?

The print orientation determines which way your design appears when the balloon is displayed.

Neck Down

Neck-down printing is commonly chosen when balloons will be filled with helium or attached to a balloon cup and stick. Your design appears the correct way up when the balloon is displayed above the neck.

Neck Up

Neck-up printing can be useful when air-filled balloons will be suspended from above, allowing your logo or message to appear the correct way up when the balloon hangs down.
