How long does production take? Once you’ve approved your design, we typically need 3-5 working days for production. We’ll always confirm timing when you place your order.

Can I use my own artwork? Absolutely! Send us your logos, artwork, or brand guidelines and we’ll incorporate them into the design. We accept most file formats including PDF, AI, and high-resolution JPEGs.

What happens if the ribbon tears during the race? The Velcro system is designed to separate cleanly, but the ribbon material itself is quite robust. However, we always recommend having your photographer ready for that winning moment – just in case!

Can I reuse the ribbon for multiple events? Yes! The Velcro closure means you can use it again and again. Many of our customers use the same ribbon for their annual events.

Do you offer different sizes? Currently we stock the 5m length as standard, but if you need something different for a larger event, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
