These silver colour 12" or 30cm scissors are great for opening ceremonies.  They are sharp enough to cut our wide ribbons at your opening ceremony.  Includes our Deluxe Black Gift Boxes are perfect for our ceremonial scissors, each box is  305x215x55mm with a separate lid, and ideal for giving to your ribbon cutter as a memento of the occasion.Each box arrives with scissors in place wrapped in deluxe tissue and the box is gift wrapped using our satin ribbons in black. All scissors are tested and cleaned before wrapping and dispatch, we therefore do not accept returns on ceremonial scissors.
