Cancellations of Orders
Any personalised printed orders placed are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
As our ribbons are made to order we cannot offer a refund unless the product is faulty. Please take care and make sure there are no typing errors, we copy and paste directly from your order to our printing software. If you are ordering our bows, please take care when placing on your gift or vehicle as we can take no responsibility for any damages to your property.
Ribbon is printed as much as possible on a continuous roll, however we do reserve the right to supply your ribbon in printed lengths if necessary - please specifiy in special insturctions if it is imperative your roll is supplied in a continuous length.
Printing onto ribbon wil not produce exactly the same results as printing onto paper, we work as much as possible with the sizing you may give us, but do reserve the right to produce the ribbon as we feel looks best, this may give you a variation of upto 10% on height and lengths given. We do not refund on printed ribbon that falls within these exceptions.
Our Printed Ribbons are packed with care by a dedicated team. We despatch via a secure delivery network and your order will need a signature upon delivery. There is a facility to change the shipping address when you are in checkout if it's easier to have your package delivered to a work address if that's easier.
You can pay for your ribbons using our secure partners Protx, Paypal (Please note your credit card/Paypal transaction will show as FUN IN A BOX, not Personalised Printed Ribbon).
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on personalised items unless they are faulty. Any returns must be authorised by calling us on 01277 233778 in the first instance, and also within 7 days of receipt.
We do not offer refunds on giant bows as these are made to order.
We do everything possible to ensure your ribbons or bows are with you by the described times, and every effort is made to keep you fully informed eiher by email or telephone. We cannot be held responsible for delays by our delivery partners.
